At Magical Celebrations by the Orn’s, we’re committed to making your celebrations magical—from the first sketch to the final sparkle. We understand that plans can change, and we’ve crafted our refund policy to be fair, transparent, and supportive of your needs.

 DIY Supplies & Products

  • Returns Accepted: Within 30 days of purchase.

  • Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Custom-made or personalized products

    • Clearance or final sale items

    • Digital downloads or templates

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 Event Planning, Organizing & Decorating Services

  • Deposits: Non-refundable but transferable to a future date (within 12 months) if rescheduled.

  • Cancellations:

    • 30+ days before event: 75% refund (minus deposit)

    • 15–29 days before event: 50% refund

    • Less than 14 days: No refund, but partial credit may be offered toward future services

  • Rescheduling: We’ll do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.
